Legal consulting services in the field of international comparative law and criminal justice system development. This includes the identification and application of relevant evidence by means of the BLUEPRINT, a fact filtration methodology founded in historical English (accusatory) criminal law. The methodology distinguishes relevant evidence from irrelevant evidence by means of the individualized legal elements of a particular crime as that crime is defined legislatively. The methodology involves a schematic diagram. The diagram consists of four vertical columns. The first column contains a listing of the individualized legal elements. The individual legal elements are designated sequentially by number or number/letter combination by which each legal element is characterized in terms of its proof function in relation to the other legal elements. Each legal element as individualized, designated, and characterized heads a horizontal row that dissects the four columns, forming boxes as to each legal element and column heading respectively. The number of rows is determined by the number of legal elements associated with the particular crime involved. The second column boxes contain the evidence associated with and determined relevant by the application of the respective legal elements (evidence that proves or disproves the particular legal element). The third column boxes contain the sources of the respective second column evidence. The fourth column boxes identify potential investigative tasks utilized in identifying relevant evidence as to any legal element lacking sufficient proof. The methodology, with some adjustments, is utilized by police investigators, prosecutors, defense attorneys, and judges in their respective rolls
