Application service provider services, namely, providing web based computer software for business project management, namely, workflow automation, project calendaring, event and deadline tracking, data collection, and customized reports; for emergency contingency planning, response and management, business continuity planning and management, and business security; for the creation and delivery of training courses and tests, and for monitoring and storing training and testing records; for the creation of customized catalogs for the pricing, purchasing and tracking of online orders of services, supplies and equipment; for the creation and submission of requests for proposals; and for storing and reporting information concerning online purchases, in the fields of public safety, emergency response, risk management, loss prevention, and environmental health and safety, but specifically excluding the fields of life and health insurance products and services
