Entertainment and educational services, namely, organizing e-sports and gaming conventions, workshops, and tournaments for college students, particularly, but not exclusively, students who attend Historically Black Colleges and Universities, to facilitate career, networking, competition, education, mentoring, diversity and inclusion, and business opportunities for them in the gaming and e-sports industries
