Community services -, namely, providing advocacy for the human rights of Black Americans, which includes offering training opportunities through professional seminars and conferences, monthly commission sessions for community research to gauge the needs of the community, programmatic learning seminars and conferences, providing technical assistance, and additional resources such as financing opportunities through connection with banks and credit unions to achieve civil rights in economic opportunity, education, health access, voting, government engagement, the arts, real estate, technology, and human welfare for Black Americans
