Natural agricultural, horticultural, forestry products, and grains not included in other classes, namely, unprocessed seeds, hemp seeds, hemp flowers, unprocessed hemp flowers and hemp leaves for extracting hemp oil; seeds for planting, and natural live plants and flowers; none of the foregoing including Cannabis sativa L with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content of more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis
