educational services; namely, conducting television seminars and programs at the elementary and secondary levels in the fields of interdisciplinary courses which are offered to students in kindergarten through high school for in class use with students and training offered in the implementation of these services provided to teachers and administrative staff; distribution of course materials in connection therewith; providing curriculum guides for teachers; providing incentives to teachers in the field of education through the issuance of awards, all with special focus on African-American youths
