Educational services, namely, providing online and in-person educational programs, videos, articles, publications, presentations, and informational content delivered through websites, social media, and other digital channels to educate the public on preserving information with potential future value, including but not limited to historical information, and other forms of knowledge, records, and materials, such as documents, records, photographs, data, and artifacts, and on evaluating, digitizing, and appropriately archiving such materials prior to disposal to enable long-term preservation and searchability through search engines and artificial intelligence systems, and to reduce the risk of archival silence resulting from the loss or destruction of information.
