charitable fundraising services whereby funds are raised via an annual dinner dance featuring a costume theme with live entertainment by a musical band, dancing, food and drinks, a costume parade, prizes for the best costumes, a coronation of presiding royalty, the presentation of awards in the 'divisions of the arts', and a walk of honor for award recipients
