Cigarettes, herbal cigarettes, cigarettes containing CBD and delta-8 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) extracts derived from hemp containing a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; all of the foregoing goods having, or containing ingredients derived from hemp with, a delta-9 THC concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis, with the resulting products containing a delta-9 THC concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.
