Providing a cloud-based on-line training toolkit system that uses an interactive digital platform that includes: a larger, comprehensive custom video training of that specific client/student, their needs and proven effective support strategies; a smaller daily video module that links a brief skill set review with a daily guided practice activity with the client/student; and a cloud-based system that gathers care provider feedback from the daily guided practice activities and sends that data to the admin team/teacher that is supervising the worker so they can follow up with coaching and feedback in the skills that are being built. The Build a Better Life Toolkit is designed to be used by agencies, schools, medical support teams, nursing homes and families who hire personal care providers and paraeducators as they train and support these workers who serve individuals with various needs. These needs include individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health issues, elder care, dementia care and other medical issues
