Philanthropic, charitable, and humanitarian services, namely, providing fundraising activities and providing financial assistance for programs and services of others in the fields of health, education, hunger, poverty, infectious diseases, agricultural development, emergency response, women's empowerment, disaster relief, clean drinking water, community development, sanitation and hygiene, and medicine and vaccine delivery; Charitable foundation services, namely, providing fundraising activities and providing financial assistance for delivery of programs and services to at-risk populations in underdeveloped areas of the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean
