Providing health-related educational services to underserved communities to foster further educational and professional opportunities that further the health of the community, namely, providing and/or funding training and classes in the fields of healthcare and other community activities that influence the health of citizens, including but not limited to citizen interactions with government officials that provide access to health-furthering interventions, as well as resources that are specifically designed to intervene within and alleviate the underlying causes of poor health amongst citizens (e.g., frustration of access to healthcare via unemployment/underemployment, community-specific barriers to access to healthier lifestyles, private and government-led intervention into cycles of violence that negatively impact the psychological and physical health of community citizens, access to reliable transportation and government services that facilitate healthy lifestyles and access to community health resources, provision of opportunities for citizens to become active within their communities to enjoy the demonstrated psychological benefits of belonging, and other healthcare-related purposes); providing assistance in the nature of work skills training within underserved communities to facilitate worker access to jobs with healthcare benefits and adequate wages to lead healthy lifestyles, namely, providing training and teaching that empowers community members to obtain employment within in-demand fields that are recession-resilient so that citizens may enjoy the physical and mental health benefits of steady income and healthcare benefits, etc.)

Providing assistance, namely, volunteer professional advice, funding and services in the nature of physician services and other healthcare-related community interventions that are designed and intended to support and elevate the general health of the community at large
