Association services, namely, promoting the interests of dog park owners; promoting public awareness of the need for creation of a network of canine-friendly off-leash dog parks, the need for responsible dog ownership, the need for enforcement of local animal control laws and ordinances, the need for dog-friendly community amenities in the nature of off-leash areas and hiking trails, and conducting fundraising for same
