Printed ballot slips with only one candidate for an office identified on each slip (referred to as a ballot bill) and wherein the voter votes by selecting slips (ballot bills) identifying the candidates the voter desires to vote for and then depositing the selected slips (ballots bills) into a vote collection box located at each polling place
