Providing financial and investment services, namely, diversification of investment portfolios via a commodities index; management of futures portfolios based on a commodities index; distribution of information relating to financial and investment services via computer and global communication networks, and via electronic pricing stock quotation, financial news and information services widely used in the financial services industry; providing investment management, distribution and brokerage of commodity index funds and structured products, namely, swaps, equity notes, derivatives and monetizing equity collars; developing commodity related derivative products based on the returns and composition of a commodity index comprised of individual commodities within each major commodity sector to enable clients to access the commodities markets for investment return or hedging purposes; financial management services, namely, creating, and administering indices that measure returns on investments in selected commodity futures; creating, and administering financial instruments used to invest in selected commodity futures; and providing information concerning the trading of commodity futures based on a commodity index via computer and global communication networks
