Providing financial and investment services, namely, diversification of investment portfolios via a commodities index; management of futures portfolios based on a commodities index; providing information relating to financial and investment services via computer and global communication networks, and via electronic pricing services in the financial services industry; providing investment management, distribution and brokerage of commodity index funds and structured products, such as swaps, equity notes, derivatives and monetizing equity collars; developing commodity related derivative products based on the returns and composition of a commodity index comprised of individual commodities within each major commodity sector ito enable clients to access the commodities markets for investment return or hedging purposes; financial management services, namely, creating, and administering indices that measure returns on investments in selected commodity futures; creating, and administering financial instruments used to invest in selected commodity futures; and providing information concerning the trading of commodity futures based on a commodity index via computer and global communication networks
