Battery operated valve controller and telemetry system used to monitor, and operate valves remotely in order to control pressure, flow, tank levels or pumps comprised primarily of integrated pressure and temperature sensors, modems, electronic data loggers, external flow meters, computer software that provides web-based access to applications and services through a web or portal interface and computer software for use and operation of the system; all of the aforementioned utilizing industry standard mobile communication systems and services
