Beauty salon services, namely, providing non-medical, non-therapeutic beauty treatments and cosmetic enhancement services, including but not limited to lash extensions, brow styling, brow lamination and tinting, cosmetic skin care treatments, facials, makeup application, body waxing, spray tanning, and hair removal; consultation services in the field of cosmetic beauty and personal appearance; aesthetic enhancement services with a focus on improving appearance rather than providing therapeutic or corrective outcomes; and providing information and advice on non-medical beauty care
