Providing personal support services for seniors, namely, companionship; personal concierge services for others comprising making requested personal arrangements and reservations, running errands and providing information to meet customer-specific needs, all rendered in residential complexes, assisted living complexes, independent living complexes, and personal homes; Providing care for residents of senior living communities in the nature of running errands, coordinating necessary geriatric care services and personal care, personal care assistance of activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming and personal mobility for seniors; Providing case management services, namely, organizing and coordinating primary medical care and integrated health care services for the elderly; running errands for residents of senior living or long-term care facilities including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities, and continuing care retirement communities, patients under custodial care, and/or Medicare and/or Medicaid beneficiaries
