Educational services, namely, conducting training programs, courses, and seminars in the field of law enforcement and interpretation of laws involving seized property and assets, conducting courses for the purpose of certification in the field of law enforcement involving seized property and assets

Testing, analysis and evaluation of the services of others for the purpose of certification; development of voluntary standards in the field of law enforcement and interpretation of laws involving the seizure of property and assets
