Student loan services, namely, organizing and providing tuition loan programs for post-secondary institutions of higher education which involve extensions of credit for institutional loans by an institution to student borrowers to be used for the payment of tuition and other qualifying costs of attendance at the institution, and the making of private loans by banks and licensed consumer lenders to student borrowers to be used to pay tuition and other qualifying costs of attendance; student loan services, namely, purchasing institutional loans and private loans made under tuition loan programs, and directly originating and making private loans to student borrowers under the tuition loan programs and holding such loans to maturity for investment purposes; student loan services, namely, purchasing institutional loans and private loans that were originated and made under tuition financing programs initiated by others
