Providing online non-downloadable computer software platforms for enabling user to upload one or more images of an item, defined as a work of art, antique, antiquity, vintage item, new item, public art installation, collectible or other work. The uploaded item images are analyzed by an Artificial Intelligence system, viz the OpenAI API or other system. The result of the AI analysis is an Appraisal Report, which is returned and displayed within the application. Each Appraisal Report contains the name of the item, its style category, materials, likely country of origin, maker (if known), estimated age, estimated low-high value, description, overall assessment, notes on any additional images, keywords, unique ID for that Appraisal Report and QR Code to allow report to be loaded onto another mobile device by taking a photo of the QR Code.
