Educational services, namely, providing instruction in Applicant's proprietary Artistic Systems Engineering methodology covering engineering principles, quality management standards, and business practices based on the pillars of Delivery, Discovery, Protection, Commercialization, and Revenue Generation, applied to the commercial infrastructure surrounding art, music, film, and other creative work rather than to the creative process itself; Educational services, namely, conducting workshops, seminars, training courses, and webinars for artists, musicians, and other creators in applying said methodology to the commercial infrastructure surrounding creative work rather than to the creative process itself; Providing training for certification and accreditation in said methodology covering intellectual property protection, content delivery, discovery, and commercialization as applied to the commercial infrastructure surrounding creative work rather than to the creative process itself
