Oral vaporizers for vaporizing purposes; oral vaporizer pens for vaporizing purposes and oral vaporizer vaping cartridges sold filled with CBD oil, other than essential oils, any CBD in all of the foregoing goods or in goods with which the foregoing are intended for use being solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis
