Cannabidiol (CBD) products, namely, CBD oils, other than essential oils, for use in the manufacture of cosmetics, perfumes, cosmetic body creams, body deodorants, non-ingestible body oils for non-medicinal and non-therapeutic use, hair care kits comprising non-medicated hair care preparations, namely, shampoos, conditioners, permanent wave preparations, hair straightening preparations, hair sprays, hair colors, hair wax, styling gels, bleaching preparations, hair laminates, hair oils, hair lotions, foam, and mousses, hair color, and hair sprays, massage oils, massage waxes, moisturizing creams, non-medicated and nontherapeutic herbal body care products, namely, non-ingestible body oils, salves, and lip balms, nonmedicated and non-therapeutic skin care preparations, namely, creams, lotions, gels, toners, cleaners and peels, non-medicated soaps, shave creams, shower and bath gel; all of the foregoing containing CBD solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis
