ARIZONA KINSHIP NAVIGATION PROGRAM

Educational services, namely, providing a program featuring a model of service assistance for social service agencies to utilize to support families and individuals who are raising their relative's or close family's children on a longer-term and sometimes permanent basis including grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, adult siblings, non-relatives and fictive kin; Providing educational services, namely, classes, seminars, conferences, and workshops in the field of helping caregivers navigate the various systems they will encounter whether involved in the child protection system, or as a means to prevent involvement with the child protection system when raising their relative's children and effectively utilizing available community and peer resources.
