Education services, namely, providing courses, programs, seminars, online training, certificate programs and continuing education in alternative dispute resolution directly and as a provider within accredited colleges and universities in the areas of arbitration, mediation, facilitation, applied practice, workplace and human resources mediation, family mediation, health and eldercare mediation, construction mediation and restorative justice; all of the aforementioned services are not associated with charitable fundraising, providing medical services, international relief projects, or targeted to assisting victims of disasters and conflicts in underdeveloped countries or elsewhere, or concerned with promoting public awareness of populations at risk from disasters or armed conflicts
