Public advocacy services for promoting public awareness, namely, to promote participation in, and action on, policy issues of interest to Arab Americans and US-Arab relations; promoting public awareness by means of public advocacy in the nature of legislative and regulatory advocacy services, namely, promoting legislation, regulation, policies, and reforms that support the interests of Arab Americans; public policy consulting, public policy research and public policy analysis consulting regarding governmental policies and their impact on Arab Americans; providing public policy information in the field of Arab-American issues, namely, disseminating information regarding the foregoing by means of print publications, the Internet, email, television, radio, and testimony before government bodies; organizing and conducting public opinion polls in the field of public policy

Educational services, namely, organizing and conducting seminars, lectures, workshops, forums, panel discussions, programs, and presentations in the field of policy issues of interest to Arab Americans and US-Arab relations, and educational materials distributed therewith; educational services, namely, internship programs for college and graduate students in the field of public policy; organizing and conducting the presentation of awards , namely, providing recognition and incentives by the way of awards to demonstrate excellence, specifically, recognizing exemplary works, people or projects that promote a positive impression of Arab Americans
