Education services, namely, providing courses of instruction and learning at the college and graduate levels, and distributing course and instructional materials in connection therewith; all of the foregoing expressly excluding adult education classes and related materials, consulting and training services, tutoring services, executive coaching services, leadership and professional development training services, college counseling services, and computer hardware and software systems
