Motor powered boats with removably attachable cutters used to cut aquatic vegetation and/or conveyors used to retrieve or remove aquatic vegetation, algae, refuse, oil and other water polluting materials from bodies of water, and/or skimmer screens with bag/bin collectors for retrieving and removing aquatic vegetation, algae, and refuse from bodies of water, the cutters, conveyors, and skimmer screens with bag/bin collectors being interchangeably attachable to the boats
