Education services, namely, training individuals in how to conduct energy audits of existing and proposed commercial and residential structures for the purpose of determining compliance with energy efficiency standards, and for improving the structures' energy efficiency, as well as how to implement modifications to existing structures to meet efficiency standards and to improve energy efficiency; none of the foregoing services related or directed to the energy usage or efficiency of computer or electronic devices
