Charitable services, namely, organizing and conducting programs focused on ocean restoration through the removal of plastics, nets, and litter; promoting marine conservation and reef protection; providing mental health services, namely, providing therapy and support to individuals suffering from addiction and/or moral injury through water-based programs; providing educational programs in the fields of ocean conservation, marine life, and addiction recovery; raising public awareness in the fields of ocean pollution, marine conservation, and addiction; providing assistance to individuals participating in addiction recovery programs.
