Nationwide charitable or charitably-assisted transportation of patients and their escorts by air or by ground means for the purpose of receiving specialized medical evaluation, diagnosis or treatment and/or participation in clinical trials; telephone information services, namely, providing a nationwide information help line service for patients needing referral to charitable or charitably assisted medically-related or urgent human need transportation
