Educational services, namely conducting educational conferences in the field of human wellness; organizing and conducting ongoing wellness, disease prevention, and health education programs, namely, seminars, classes, workshops, scientific session meetings, and lectures; distributing educational materials in conjunction therewith, relating to wellness, health, fitness and nutrition, and prevention and reduction of disease; providing information in the field of fitness; and providing on-line newspapers and magazines in the field of wellness, health, fitness, and disease prevention
