Providing support services via the provision of information in the field of spirituality, self-help, and personal empowerment subject matters that are of concern to American Indians, namely, spiritual rights, cultural rights, treaty rights, political rights, legal rights, and social rights; providing personal support services for those impacted by issues of concern to American Indians, namely, spiritual rights, cultural rights, treaty rights, political rights, legal rights, and social rights
