Association services, namely, promoting the interests of the United States and Australia by promoting stronger relations and understanding among the people of the United States, Australia, and New Zealand and by providing educational opportunities for business and governmental leaders to discuss tax and accounting issues, visa problems, and other impediments to stronger educational, cultural, and economic relationships between Australia, New Zealand, and the United States; administration of cultural exchanges, and visitor exchanges which promote greater understanding among the relevant countries
