The trademark will be used on a number of merchandised products that the art work will be licensed to. The redition-design beautification/embellishment of the 50 American State flags, military service flags and the flag of the United States, as well as an original heart logo that ties into the flag artwork, will be the raison d'etre for these products. The hand painted/watercolored reditions of the above will appear on Tee shirts and other clothing (such as scarves, journals, calendars, coffee mugs, glassware/shot glasses, dishware, ceramic products and objects d'art, shoping bags, graphic art work, etc
