Men's, women's and children's shoes, boots and slippers, all of the foregoing sold, provided and/or distributed: (a) in association with Applicant's mixed use community solely from retail shops located on the premises thereof and/or (b) as souvenir items to promote the residential, hotel and/or gaming component(s) of its mixed use community; and men's, women's and children's wearing apparel, namely, sweatshirts, bathrobes, jogging suits, shorts, pants, skirts, dresses, underwear, socks, swimwear, belts, wrist bands, ties, overalls, scarves
