Educational services, namely, providing ongoing public service announcements to the general public concerning petroleum, natural gas, and energy issues in on-line, television, radio and print media; conducting training classes, seminars and conferences concerning the petroleum, natural gas, and energy industry; organizing educational events in the nature of public and government educational campaigns to raise awareness of public policy issues relating to the petroleum, natural gas, and energy industry
