AKA IN THE ARTS

Promoting public awareness of the need for arts education in schools; promoting public awareness of the need to increase opportunities for youth engagement and community awareness of all aspects of the visual and performing arts; promoting public interest and awareness of the contributions that Historically Black Colleges and Universities have made to the arts; promotional sponsorship of business events that showcase youth talent while exposing youth to arts enrichment and culture focusing on visual and performing arts

Educational services, namely, providing workshops and seminars in the field of the arts; educational services, namely, providing training, classes, workshops, seminars, and field trips in which 6th-12 grade youth will research, learn about and honor African-American art and artists; Entertainment services, namely, conducting educational and cultural events that showcase youth talent while exposing youth to arts enrichment and culture focusing on visual and performing arts; entertainment services, namely, arranging and conducting social entertainment events that showcase youth talent while exploring the historical contributions of writers, entertainers and other artists; entertainment services, namely, hosting social entertainment functions and events in the field of arts education, history, origin and appreciation; entertainment services, namely, hosting cultural programs, symposiums, activities and events designed to increase community awareness of the contributions of the Harlem Renaissance and Black Arts Movement eras in the field of the arts
