Education services, namely diagnostic training about the programming, design, development, use and employment of computer programs and software in the marine and systems engineering fields; general client training in computer information design applications; and in-service training focusing on the development of logical problem-solving and problem analysis for engineering control systems.

Developing, applying, managing, supporting and maintaining solutions for clients' engineering needs, namely, design engineering, engineering process control, engineering functional specification development, electrical, mechanical and marine engineering, and information management as related to these engineering projects; computer systems test development; provision of services for execution of these computer systems tests, namely, SubSea Blow Off Preventer (BOP) and well control automated test system development, development of automated electrical system test equipment for use in complex control systems, development of integrated electronic circuit designs for testing of electro-mechanical systems health, and development of data capture and statistical analysis utilities designed to substantiate and support decisions required for operation of highly sensitive environmental and safety-critical control systems; provision and implementation of data management services and applications, namely, development, application and management of tools utilized to bind engineering and control system data imbedded within or derived from the process to project and plant management data critical to efficient project management or plant operation; installation, implementation, maintenance and updating of existing computer programs used by others in the marine and systems engineering fields; provision of troubleshooting services and engineered solutions for existing control system problems or design problems not yet commissioned, namely, in the fields of industrial control systems specifically in the marine and off-shore industries, installation management, commissioning and testing services, engineering design review and post delivery performance testing; and multi-media information design services in the marine and off-shore industries, namely customized computer based training systems, installation specific electronic documentation systems; design of virtual plant mockups tied to plant specific data such as providing system and device information and documentation prompted from plant virtual tours; research, development and testing in the field of automation and control systems programming and software in International Class 42.
