Navigation services in the nature of localization, route and course planning being air navigation services and aeronautical radio navigation services; flight planning and guidance services being air traffic control services; services relating to the control, supervision and surveillance of manned or unmanned air traffic being air traffic control services; air traffic control and air traffic management being air traffic control services

Scientific and technological services, namely, research and design in the field of ground-based airspace monitoring and surveillance systems; all above-mentioned services in connection with airspace monitoring or airspace surveillance systems only

Security services for the physical protection of tangible property and individuals from aerial threats; providing airspace surveillance and reconnaissance services; safety and security services in the nature of security threat analysis for protecting personal property and personal safety against aerial threats
