Educational services, namely, providing diagnostic testing and courses of instruction to children and adults at the kindergarten through 12th grade levels, and the distribution of training course materials provided in connection therewith; Educational services, namely, conducting diagnostic testing and courses of instruction to children and adults in the fields of time management and study skills, and the distribution of training course materials provided in connection therewith; Consulting services, namely, training and assisting others in the provision of (1) diagnostic testing and courses of instruction to children and adults at the kindergarten through 12th grade levels, and (2) diagnostic testing and courses of instruction to children and adults in the fields of time management and study skills, and the distribution of training course materials provided in connection with each of items (1) and (2)
