Charitable services, namely, donating books, and other educational or religious printed matter to resisters, targets or victims of religious persecution; educational services, namely, conducting classes, seminars, conferences, workshops and training in the fields of resisting and eliminating religious persecution, providing assistance to resistors, targets or victims of religious persecution, promoting religious freedom and tolerance, the rule of law, civil society, human rights, justice, reconciliation, peaceful conflict resolution, an independent judiciary, professional ethics, and the integration of faith and legal practice

Legal services for persons and groups who are victims or targets of religious persecution or who resist religious persecution, and to other disadvantaged persons, including charitable donation of such services
