Charitable services, namely, donating books, videos, and other educational or religious resources to resisters, targets, or victims of persecution; educational services, namely, conducting classes, seminars, conferences, workshops, and training in the fields of resisting and eliminating persecution, providing assistance to resistors, targets, or victims of persecution, to promote and strengthen the rule of law, civil society, human rights, justice, reconciliation, peaceful conflict resolution, an independent judiciary, professional ethics, and the integration of faith and legal practice

Legal services for persons and groups who are victims or targets of persecution or who resist persecution, and to other disadvantaged persons, including charitable donation of such services; conduct legal feasibility studies for law professionals and national leaders to promote and strengthen the rule of law, civil society, human rights, justice, reconciliation, peaceful conflict resolution, an independent judiciary, professional ethics, and the integration of faith and legal practice
