Pharmaceutical preparations, namely, psychotropics, antidepressants, analgesics, opiates, stimulants, depressants, hallucinogens, narcotics, steroids, antihypertensives, antiulcer drugs, antiparkinsonism drugs, gastrointestinal drugs, decongestants; drug delivery formulations in the form of tablets, capsules, solutions, suspensions, or pellets with tamper resistant properties which facilitate or allow the delivery of a wide range of pharmaceuticals; drug delivery systems, namely, tablets, capsules, solutions, suspensions, and pellets that provide controlled timed release and/or targeted release of the active ingredients of pharmaceutical preparations
