Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for use in assisting an organization's learning and development stakeholders to track, evaluate, communicate, and improve the effectiveness of workplace and work-related learning and development activities, products, and programs provided by internal or external professionals and groups as part of the organization's talent development and for use in assisting learning and development stakeholders who are providers or vendors of learning and development activities, products, and programs to improve their offerings, excluding software as a service (SAAS) used to track, evaluate, communicate, and improve foundational skills in core disciplines, namely, reading, math and graphic literacy
