The use of phonocardiography (graphic heart sounds, either digitally or mechanically) to monitoring nutritional deficiencies, stress, diet and exercise (as before and after graphs) demonstrating changes in cardiovascular functional; Since the heart 's muscle, vessels, valves, electrical and hormonal connections are influenced by nutrition (vitamins, herbs, enzymes, minerals, trace minerals, food concentrates, food, essential fatty acids, amino acids, etc), stress, diet and exercise; heart sound recordings can be taken via phonocardiograph readings before and after to track a persons progress; This application can be used to monitor changes that occur in the cardiovascular system when these non-invasive therapies are implimented; Research can be done to find out the level of improvements in cardiovascular function in using these modalities
