Establishing Armenian cultural and educational centers in the nature of providing of general-purpose facilities for social gatherings, parties, and business meetings in Armenian cultural and educational community centers

Deterring delinquency among the Armenian-American youth in the nature of providing emotional counseling and emotional support services for at-risk Armenian-American youth
