Social services, namely, companionship services for the elderly and/or developmentally disabled; providing non-medical personal services for the elderly and/or developmentally disabled in the nature of planning and assisting individuals to perform daily tasks, checking home condition and supplies, scheduling appointments, running errands, making safety checks; patient and elderly advocacy services, namely, providing assistance to the elderly and/or developmentally disabled in determining whether assisted living facilities are appropriate for their needs
